erfi supplies high-tech equipment for new BVG training campus

erfi has raised the new training campus of the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) to a whole new level. The campus was equipped with 19 ultra-modern rooms, including 19-inch server cabinets, the latest elneos six equipment system and the advanced highlink power room control software. With an order volume of over 5 million euros, this training facility is one of the largest in Europe for erfi.

A highlight of the facility are the 200 elneos six and 10 elneos six compact device systems, which impress with state-of-the-art technology:

Laboratory power supplies (0-32V/0-2A) offer flexible power supply solutions

The 5-channel data logger records and stores measured variables such as temperature, voltage, current, active power and CosPhi, which are clearly displayed graphically.

With the innovative erfi-Hygienic concept, the devices can be controlled contactlessly using 3D gestures. Sensors detect hand movements up to 7 cm away and open up new hygiene standards and intuitive ease of use.

Each elneos six system is equipped with an integrated web server that enables remote control via tablets without additional software - the user interfaces are displayed directly and faithfully on the end devices.

The award-winning elneos six device system, honored with the German Design Award 2022, combines not only technology but also design:

The vandal-proof glass surface and the elegant 8” display follow erfi's design guidelines and set standards in electronic laboratory equipment.

In addition to these high-tech equipment systems, the campus also has height-adjustable elneos connect work tables with experiment frames, cockpits with switching units, three-phase current and transformer solutions as well as compressed air connections and practical mobile containers.

The equipment is complemented by a functional driver's attachment table made of robust beech multiplex, which rounds off the new learning environment.

This high-tech facility ensures that future BVG specialists are optimally prepared for their tasks.
