This year, erfi presents the current testing and assembly workstation at the Stuttgart Motek, consisting of the complete system elneos connect and elneos five with mounting equipment and Industry 4.0 connection. The associated new and networked production process will be demonstrated live at the trade fair.
The assembly workplace is based on the workstation system elneos connect and, as a continuation of this system, offers the best conditions for complex assembly lines with the integrated erfi test systems. The assembly aid AWM (software for assembly processes) is used as assembly aid. The software packages "CANDY" (software for test systems), "AWM" Assembly Workflow Management (software for assembly processes) and the room control software "highlink Power" combine the desired data in an SQL database.
All Industrie 4.0 solutions from erfi are basically suitable for use in industry and training. The test systems from erfi for electrical safety and functional tests are a technological highlight and are a central component for test laboratories.
